Unspoken Thoughts in Writing

Guest Writing-Allison
Geometry is the hardest class ever. I totally agree on that. Two step problems, three step problems, oh man. They really get on my nerves. I just can't stand it. I would love to do something else besides learning geometry. When looking at all of those numbers there are way too many that I will get the numbers turned around or even backwards or mixed up. Geometry is not a fun class all the time. If only it could be easier then that would solve the problem.

Geometry -__-
There’s just one class I can never seem to get the best grade on, ever. I always try my best, no matter how big of a headache I get after. There’s just so much to know, memorize, measure, and figure out. I know I don’t have the best memory out there, but I do remember things that I try to. The thing with this class is that I can never seem to remember the main things I have to do before a major test that I have to do really well on. I can automatically tell someone, “Why do we have to learn this if it’s not even a big deal in life”, but I know that I’m wrong. This is something I’m going to use throughout my whole life if I want to do something big in life, like become an artist or a choreographer, I’m great at both of those things and for both I have to use what I strongly dislike. This is why I have to get some tutorials scheduled or something, I mean I have to know what I’m doing to get far in life. Even if this means trying super hard if I really want to get that 80!
Imitation of Stephenie Meyer
Imitation: I was ready; I could feel my legs holding together by nervousness of my body. I grabbed the rope with my shaky hands trying to be strong and stick like gum you would find on the bottom of a school desk, sticky. The rope was already screaming “blisters” in my head; I took a long deep breath, I jumped. The feeling was not so great, but there were butterflies scattering in my stomach. My legs stuck the landing and I felt my cheekbones starting to rise as it went through my head that I have accomplished that jump
Original: “So I kissed him back, my heart pounding out a jagged, disjointed rhythm while me breathing turned to panting and my hands moved greedily to his face. I could feel his marble body against every line of mine, and I was so glad he hadn't listened to me - there was no pain in the world that could have justified missing this. His hands memorized my face, the same as mine were tracing his, and in the brief moments our lips were free, he whispered my name.” — Stephenie Meyer (Twilight Saga).

An Author Who Inspires Me
An inspirational author to me would have to be Stephenie Meyer. Most people know who this is, but if you don’t she was best known for writing the twilight saga that some, maybe most people, adore. I would be one of those fans. I really think she has a unique, extraordinary type of writing. Stephenie brings so much imagery that your mind is filled with pictures after just reading a page. An example for this would have to be one of my favorite quotes from her, "Before you, Bella, my life was like a moonless night. Very dark, but there were stars, points of light and reason. ...And then you shot across my sky like a meteor. Suddenly everything was on fire; there was brilliancy, there was beauty. When you were gone, when the meteor had fallen over the horizon, everything went black. Nothing had changed, but my eyes were blinded by the light. I couldn’t see the stars anymore. And there was no more reason, for anything." — Stephenie Meyer (New Moon). This quote is a perfect example for that. She has great metaphors, like her most popular line, "And so the lion fell in love with the lamb..." he murmured. I looked away, hiding my eyes as I thrilled to the word. “What a stupid lamb,” I sighed. “What a sick, masochistic lion.” — Stephenie Meyer (Twilight). There’s just something about her writing that really gets me to read more and more of her books, that’s why I consider her to be an inspirational author, she inspires me to read and write more with style.

Who Influences Me
Believe it or not everyone is either an influence, infuenced, or both. It could be a good or bad influence. For me, I have been influenced, in a good way, by someone people wouldn't expect me to be influenced by. This guy has been through so much and puts his "unspoken thoughts" into his raps. Many people don't really get him and he agrees that he is "misunderstood", but not only him, most people can relate because they also have there times when they just feel misunderstood. I love how he writes about his feelings and what's happened in his past, but the creative part he has to it is adding different names sometimes or even different settings. He's been successful since he was twelve, he's been through rough times but realize that he has rose up from all of this and keeps writing, singing, and being an influence on me. I'm influenced by Dwayne Michael Carter Jr and so are many people.

Random Conversation
So yesterday in my Dance 2 class my friends and I were waiting for the bell to ring to go on to our next class. We were all talking about what to wear next class for our presentations, so then a girl brings up out of the blues a random conversation about having kids and how she can't wait to have 3 boys and 2 girls. So my class asked her how she would know what her kids are going to be? She answered excitedly, "I'm going to design my baby to be what I want on it! Eye color, hair color, boy or girl!" We stared at her for a while until my Dance teacher finally said, "What makes you think you can build a better baby than God!?" We agreed and she was so embarrassed, I felt bad but it's the truth.
